///Shipping Policy///

Milliworx Studios offers international shipping to most major countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders, and we take great care to package each order carefully with protective padding in a sturdy box. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking details.

Currently we offer flat rate shipping to keep things simple, see below the rates. Rates depend on the destination region / Country.

///Stash My Order / Combine Orders///

Milliworx Studios offers a combine order option. If you have an outstanding order that has not yet been shipped with the shipping already paid, you can select the "Stash my order / Combine with existing order" during the checkout for the shipping method on new orders, and you will not be charged again for shipping. Your orders will be automatically consolidated into one shipment. 

In the case where no shipping fee has been paid for any orders, and you would like your order/s to be shipping, you can pay for your shipping here - Ship My Stash!

///Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees///

Milliworx Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

///Return & Exchange Policy///

While we hope that all of our customers enjoy the products they receive, there may be times where things do not go according to plan.

For new and unopened items, we will accept returns within 30 days of the order being received. 

If there are any defective or missing items, please reach out to us, preferably with a photo or video and we will do our best to make it right, and I can proudly say, so far that has been the case.
